FIRST STEP IF YOU WANT TO BOOK A DATE

When quoting it is necessary that you make a deposit of fifty% of the session within a period of 5 days before your session and

on the day of the session you must cancel at the end of the session.

KEEP IN MIND If you want your session in private places you must obtain the permissions that it requires.

REMEMBER TO BE ON TIME, IF NOT

Time will be subtracted from it, if you take more than the session time you will be charged a surcharge of $50.00

THE SESSION CANNOT BE CANCELED IF 72 HRS HAVE ALREADY ELAPSED

If the client needs to reschedule the session, they must do so at least 5 DAYS before the start of the session. Rescheduling with less than 5 days notice will result in a $50 surcharge to the client.

WHAT TIME ARE THE PROOF PHOTOS DELIVERED?

The proof photos will arrive to you in a digital link within 48 to 72 hours maximum. After you choose your favorite photos, you must wait an approximate time of 7 to 12 days maximum through a link. I will keep a copy of your files for one year from the day of the photo shoot. (I recommend keeping them well)

 

In cases where you want your photos with a flash delivery in less time than 72hrs to 96hrs there will be an additional cost depending on the quantity.

These regulations are a mandatory document that the client is required to read before completing a photo session.

FAILURE TO READ THIS DOCUMENT DOES NOT EXEMPT THE CUSTOMER FROM COMPLYING WITH IT.

CONDICIONES DE RESERVACIONES Y FORMA DE PAGOS

  • Para reservar una sesión con RPRESCOTT, deberá hacer un depósito del 50 % del paquete cotizado dentro de las siguientes 72 horas, NO se guarda fecha sin un depósito previo.

CONDICIONES PARA SESIONES Y EVENTOS​

  • La planificación de su sesión se hará después de hacer la reservación. Si deseas tu sesión en un lugar especifico, debes asegurar que este sea publico o contar con los permisos y gastos necesarios. En eventos deberas brindar la información necesaria.

​

  • Ser puntual para evitar recargo, primero se descontara el tiempo de su sesión para aplicar recargo.

​

  • Si por alguna razón externa no podemos cumplir (problemas climáticos, emergencias), te informaremos inmediatamente y buscaremos la mejor solución posible.”​

​

  • (Las fotos tienen un tiempo de entrega, recuerda reservar con anticipación para recibirlas a tiempo).

RECARGOS Y SERVICIOS ADICIONALES

  • Tiempo adicional ​- 75$ Por hora.

  • Recargo por tardanza - 30$ cada 30 minutos.

  • Ediciones adicionales - 10$ C/U

  • Entrega de urgencia - 30$ según en plan.

  • Desplazamiento a otra provincia - Según la zona.

  • Recargo por cambios a Últimos minutos​ -  50$

  • Impresiones desde - 5$ 

  • Acompañantes en tu sesión - 15$ por persona

  • Video en 4K o HD para redes sociales - desde 50$

​POLITICA DE CANCELACION Y REEMBOLSO DE SERVICIO NO ADQUIRIDO

  • Si por alguna razón decides cancelar tu sesión con al menos 24 horas de anticipación, te reembolsamos el 50% del depósito. Para cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas de antelación, el depósito no es reembolsable, pero puedes reprogramar sin cargos solo una vez.

  • TU FONDO ABONADO TIENE UNA DURACION DE 3 MESES EN CASO QUE CANCELES TU PRODUCCION PARA QUE PUEDAS USARLO EN UNA SESION FUTURA. 

  • (Aplica para eventos, bodas, quinceaños).​​

POLITICA DE ENTREGA Y RETENCION DE IMAGENES

  • Las fotos de pruebas se envían en un plazo de 24 a 72hr, luego el cliente tiene máximo un mes para enviar sus fotos para la edición. Si sobrepasa este limite tendrá que pagar un recargo de 10$ por fotos para editar.

  • Luego de enviar las fotos el cliente deberá esperar de 7 a 15 días máximo depende del paquete adquirido.

  • (Edición fast 72hr desde 30$ depende del paquete)

  • POLÍTICA DE COPIA DE SEGURIDAD DE FOTOS

​

  • Es responsabilidad del cliente guardar correctamente sus fotos.

​​

  • La duración que tendrán las fotos de pruebas en la galería online será de 10 días después de habérselas entregado y las editadas 30 días. (En caso tal que las pierdas y yo mantenga una copia en mis Discos, EL ENVIO DE LOS ARCHIVOS SERA DE 65$)​

  • Se recomienda descargar y guardar adecuadamente sus fotos dentro de los plazos.
